Tip: 하코즈시(상자스시)는 사각형의 상자에 초로 양념된 밥과 잘 숙성된 생선을 넣고 나무 뚜껑으로 눌러서 만든 스시입니다.하코즈시는 발효스시여서 만들어 진후 며칠안으로 드셔도 된다고 하니 테이크아웃하셔서 드시거나 선물용으로도 좋습니다.
