TNHands (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) strictly complies with the relevant Korean laws and regulations related to personal information protection, including the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (the “Information and Communications Network Act”) and the Personal Information Protection Act, from the planning stage of services to their termination.

When registering as a member

However, when users register using third-party accounts such as Kakao or Facebook instead of creating a TimePlace account, the following information will be collected:

Since TimePlace collects only minimal information during the membership registration process, additional personal information may be collected only from users who participate in specific services, such as:

What are Cookies?

4. Destruction of Personal Information
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay when a user withdraws membership.
However, if:

the Company safely stores the information during that period.

Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce:
Records of contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years
Records of payment and supply of goods: 5 years
Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
Under the Electronic Financial Transactions Act:
Electronic financial transaction records: 5 years
Under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act:
Login records: 3 months
Personal information whose purpose has been fulfilled will be destroyed in a manner that cannot be restored or reproduced.
Electronic files are securely deleted using technical methods, and printed documents are destroyed through shredding or incineration.
Additionally, in accordance with the Personal Information Validity System, personal information of users who have not used the service for one year may be separately stored and managed.
5. Rights of Users and Legal Guardians
Users may:

Users may withdraw consent for personal information collection and use at any time by requesting membership withdrawal.
For users under 14 years old, legal guardians have the right to:
Access or modify the child’s personal information
Withdraw consent for personal information collection and use
If a user requests correction of incorrect personal information, the Company will not use or provide that information until the correction is completed.
If incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will promptly notify the third party to ensure correction.

7. Scope of Application of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Company’s brand “TimePlace” and all related services (including mobile web and apps).
Separate privacy policies may apply to services provided under different brands.
If personal information is collected through external websites linked from TimePlace, this Privacy Policy will not apply after the information has been provided with user consent.
8. Obligation to Notify Prior to Revision
If there are any additions, deletions, or modifications to this Privacy Policy, the Company will notify users through the Notice section at least 7 days in advance.
However, if there are significant changes affecting user rights (such as changes in collected personal information or usage purposes), the Company will notify users at least 30 days in advance, and additional consent may be obtained if necessary.
