서비스 이용약관
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between TNHands (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “TimePlace”) and its Members regarding the use of TimePlace and all related services provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
“Service” refers to TimePlace and all related services that Members can access and use regardless of the device used
(including PCs, TVs, mobile devices, and other wired or wireless devices).
“Member” refers to a customer who accesses the Company’s Service, enters into a service agreement with
the Company in accordance with these Terms, and uses the services provided by the Company.
“ID” refers to the email address chosen by the Member and approved by the Company for identification of
the Member and use of the Service.
“Password” refers to a combination of characters and numbers set by the Member to verify that
the Member matches the ID and to protect confidentiality.
“Content” refers to creative works such as videos, images, audio, and text created and edited
by the Company, editors, or Members for upload to the Service.
“Editor” refers to an individual or company that creates and supplies Content for the Service under
employment contracts, outsourcing agreements, or partnership agreements with the Company.
“Post” refers to information uploaded to the Service, including Content, files and links composing
the Content, and comments made by Members.
“Points” refer to virtual data within the Service that has no monetary value and is provided, adjusted,
or determined by the Company for efficient use of the Service.
“Coupon” refers to a discount voucher allowing Members to receive a discount at a specified amount or
rate when making a payment through the Service.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)
The Company shall post these Terms and Conditions, along with its company name, representative’s name, business address
(including customer complaint handling address), telephone number, fax number, email address, business registration number,
e-commerce registration number,
and personal data protection officer, on the Service page or via a linked page where Members can easily view them.
The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws including:
- Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
- Regulation of Standardized Contracts Act
- Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions
- Electronic Financial Transactions Act
- Electronic Signature Act
- Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection
- Door-to-Door Sales Act
- Framework Act on Consumers
When the Company revises these Terms, the revised Terms and their effective date and reason for revision will be announced
at least 7 days before the effective date.
If the revision is unfavorable to Members, the Company will provide a minimum 30-day notice period.
If a Member does not express refusal within the stated period after the Company announces that silence will be considered acceptance, the Member is
deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
Members who do not agree to the revised Terms may terminate the service agreement.
Article 4 (Formation of Service Agreement)
The service agreement is formed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, applies for membership, and the Company approves the application.
The Company may refuse or terminate membership if:
- The applicant previously lost membership status under these Terms
- Another person’s identity is used
- False information is provided
- The applicant is under 14 years old
- Approval is impossible due to the applicant’s fault
- There are technical difficulties
- Other reasons deemed inappropriate by the Company
The Company may request identity verification depending on Member type.
The agreement becomes effective when the Company indicates membership completion.
Members must notify the Company of any changes to registered information.
Article 5 (Changes to Member Information)
Members may view and modify personal information at any time through the account management page.
However, IDs required for service management cannot be modified.
The Company is not responsible for disadvantages caused by failure to notify changes.
Article 6 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Company shall strive to protect Members’ personal information in accordance with relevant laws such
as the Information and Communications Network Act.
Personal information processing follows the Company’s Privacy Policy.
However, the policy does not apply to external sites linked from the Service.
Article 7 (Management of ID and Password)
Members are responsible for managing their ID and password.
Members must not allow third parties to use them.
The Company may restrict IDs that:
- risk privacy exposure
- violate social norms
- cause confusion with the Company
Members must immediately notify the Company if their account is stolen or misused.
Article 8 (Notice to Members)
The Company may notify Members through email, internal messages, or other electronic methods.
For notices to multiple Members, posting on the Service board for 7 days or more may replace individual notifications.
Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)
The Company shall:
- comply with laws and these Terms
- provide stable and continuous services
- protect Members’ personal information
- establish systems to handle complaints and damages
- respond appropriately to Member complaints
Article 10 (Obligations of Members)
Members must:
- comply with these Terms and relevant laws
- review product details before purchase
- cooperate with the Company’s service operations
- use their own payment methods
Minors must obtain consent from a legal guardian before making purchases.
Members bear full responsibility for incorrect payment information or unauthorized payment methods.
Article 11 (Prohibited Conduct)
Members must not:
- access the system abnormally
- steal identity or payment information
- obtain coupons or points through abnormal means
- infringe intellectual property rights
- damage the Company’s reputation
- post obscene or violent content
- repeatedly purchase without intent to buy
- use the Service commercially without permission
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Article 12 (Provision of Services)
The Company provides services including:
- Content services
- Community board services
- Location-based services
- Information and purchase contract services for goods or services
- Other services developed by the Company
Services are generally provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Services may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, equipment failure, or operational needs.
Article 13 (Changes to Services)
The Company may modify or discontinue part or all of the Service if necessary.
Changes will be announced before implementation.
Free services may be modified without compensation.
Article 14 (Information and Advertising)
The Company may provide information or advertisements through:
- notices
- service screens
Members may opt out of receiving marketing emails.
Article 15 (Copyright of Posts)
Copyright of posts belongs to the creator.
Posts may appear in search results or promotions and may be edited or reproduced as necessary.
Members may request deletion or privacy adjustments at any time.
Article 16 (Management of Posts)
Members are legally responsible for posts they upload.
The Company may delete or restrict posts violating laws such as:
- Information and Communications Network Act
- Copyright Act
Requests for removal can be submitted to:
Article 17 (Ownership of Rights)
All intellectual property related to the Service belongs to the Company.
Members receive only a license to use the Service and may not transfer or sell it.
Article 18 (Points)
The Company may adjust or expire Points after prior notice.
Points have no monetary value.
Article 19 (Coupons)
Coupons are issued by the Company and may provide discounts for travel products.
Coupons:
- have no cash value
- expire after the validity period
- cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
Improper issuance or use may result in cancellation.
Article 20 (Termination)
Members may terminate their account anytime.
Upon termination:
- Member data is deleted unless required by law
- benefits may be withdrawn
- posts in public boards may remain unless deleted beforehand
The Company may terminate accounts for violations such as:
- false registration information
- non-payment
- interference with other users
- illegal activities
Article 21 (Restrictions on Use)
The Company may apply measures including:
- warnings
- temporary suspension
- permanent termination
Illegal activities such as hacking, identity theft, or illegal programs may result in immediate permanent suspension.
Accounts inactive for 3 months may also be restricted.
Article 22 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not responsible for:
- service interruption due to force majeure
- service disruption caused by Members
- accuracy of information posted by Members
- transactions between Members and third parties
Article 23 (Relationship with Linked Sites)
If the Service contains links to third-party websites, the Company does not guarantee transactions conducted on those external sites.
Article 24 (Dispute Resolution)
The Company will establish systems to process complaints and compensation requests.
Disputes may be resolved through mediation by the Fair Trade Commission or local government authorities.
Article 25 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Legal disputes shall be handled by the district court having jurisdiction over the Member’s address, or if unclear, in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
Members residing overseas agree that the Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction.
Article 26 (Special Provisions)
Matters not specified in these Terms follow:
- Framework Act on Electronic Commerce
- Electronic Signature Act
- Consumer Protection Act
- Travel Standard Terms and related laws
Supplementary Provision
These Terms take effect July 27, 2020.
