If you wish to honour this restaurant by tasting one of its specialties, you will have the choice among ali nazik (minced meat on a mixture of aubergines, yogurt and garlic, sprinkled with butter), kül bastı (boned lamb chops), roasted quails, kebaps with yogurt or aubergines. For starter, the humus is a must (mashed chick – peas with sesame oil, garlic and butter) and to accompany your grill, test the Buhara Pilav (bulgur or white rice garnished with carrots and chick – peas, seasoned with special spices). Perhaps, instead of a grilled meat, will you prefer a pide (the turkish pizza) or fish ?
