In Heladería Bolas the tradition of the most traditional and the most unique flavors are combined. In addition, we only have top quality products to offer our customers a unique experience in our space on Calle Orfila (Seville).
Heladería Bolas was founded in 2013 by the Master Ice Cream Maker Antonino Parrilla Villar in the search to bring to the Sevillian ice cream parlor a Cold Haute Gastronomy. In 2021 the Bolas brand is acquired by Rocío Cañizares and Marcos Sánchez, who follow the path of good work in their recipes (inherited from Antonino Parrilla Villar) and with improvements in them, to which they add new ones fruit of the experience of the Master Pastry and Ice Cream Maker Rocío Cañizares, who has worked in restaurants such as Nobu London or in Hotels of the stature of Mandarin Oriental Munich and EME Catedral of Seville.
