Founded in 1939 by spouses Vittorio Bonvicini and Luigia Savoia, since the beginning it has created ice creams which, due to their characteristics and shapes, are uniquely typical. The Semifreddo, a perfect combination of HIGH QUALITY CREAM WITH AMARETTI AND ALMONDS FROM LIGURIA. La Mattonella, a three-tier ice cream (cream, amaretto semifreddo and chocolate) which takes its shape and colors from the pack of Regie Turche cigarettes which were very common at the time. Ennio Savoia, the nephew, personally managed the production for over fifty years, giving impulses to innovation and winning three Ice Cream Oscars at the Longarone fair. In 1985, Ennio's son Marco joined his father who passed on the secret and passion to him and together they created various ice creams which later achieved enormous success: the Stecco allo Yogurt, the Lingotto, the Bombardino and the Gianduiotto (the cup for takeaway with Piedmont gianduja ice cream, whipped cream, chopped hazelnuts and a cascade of dark chocolate).
