Opened in 1977 in its current form, but already home since the early 1900s of an old "Vini e Oli", with a beautiful marble counter as evidence of the time. It gave birth, in Rome, to the phenomenon of Wine-Bars, offering gastronomic specialties and a vast selection of wines (present every day 1500 labels) with an annual turnover of 2800 wines.
A few steps from Piazza Navona, the Enoteca Cul de Sac is located in Piazza di Pasquino, just as close to the famous Piazza di Campo de' Fiori. Our location makes us easy to reach and a good meeting point between something to enjoy and then continue the evening in the night charm of the capital. Piazza di Pasquino is the historic square that houses one of the two "talking" statues of Rome. The restaurant is long and narrow, hence the name "Cul de Sac", with a sequence of wooden benches topped with fisherman's nets that make the setting of the place similar to the third-class train cars of the 60s.
