Pierre Hermé Paris, a creative company, invents Haute Pâtisserie and transforms the profession of pastry chef to offer a unique experience of emotions and sensations.
Founded in 1997, the Maison de Haute Pâtisserie imagined by Pierre Hermé inaugurated its first boutique in Tokyo in 1998, followed in 2001 by the emblematic Parisian patisserie at 72 rue Bonaparte, in the heart of the Saint-Germain district. The totally unprecedented initiative initially appeared "insane", in Pierre Hermé's own words. "My desire was not to open a pastry shop, but to create a luxury brand. The term "Haute-Pâtisserie" was born.
From the rigorous selection of raw ingredients to the display of products in carefully designated boutiques, from the gift boxes to the impeccable quality of service, Pierre Hermé's creations bear the seal of attention to detail at every stage of their development.
Since 2010, the company has been expanding internationally with several points of sale in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Maison Pierre Hermé Paris has become a partner of the Raffles, Ritz-Carlton, Park Hyatt and La Mamounia groups. It is a partner in the 86Champs concept store in collaboration with L'Occitane, located on the Champs Elysées in Paris.
