A theme park based on the Japanese anime character "Anpanman," beloved by children and adults alike. It’s conveniently located just a 9-minute walk from the east exit of Sendai Station. Thanks to the indoor setting, you can enjoy your visit rain or shine.
The museum area realistically recreates scenes from Anpanman’s world, with daily stage shows and meet-and-greets with Anpanman and his friends, and also plenty of fun playground equipment.
In the first-floor shopping mall, there are many limited goods and food that can only be found here. There is also a restaurant with a dine-in area. Uncle Jam's Bakery is one of the most popular shops for its wide selection of character-themed bread.

The Ghibli Museum is about a 15-minute walk along the Tamagawa Josui from the south exit of JR Mitaka Station. Along the Tamagawa Josui, there is an information sign pointing in the direction of the museum.
