They specialize in the food of the Jeolla region, such as hongeo samhap (a combination of three ingredients: aged skate, boiled pork, and fermented kimchi) and nakji kkuri (octopus mixed with chicory and shredded green onion salad). As the name suggests, most of the ingredients are delivered from Shinan-gun of the Jeolla region, and their octopus is delivered from Muan. The maesaengiguk (seaweed fulvescens soup) makes for an excellent meal all on its own.
